My main inspiration behind this series has been the intricate relationship between the organic and the synthetic, as observed in the artificially-enhanced and visibly altered elements within the natural environment. Ultimately, my curiosity rested on the visually and conceptually intriguing, rolled out vegetation blankets, sculpted hedges and the eerie, human-like figures of bound up trees. All which have become noticeable features of the contemporary urban landscape.
